O3/19/11, I spent the better part of that evening and night chasing the moon around the neighborhood waiting to get a few good shots of this phenomenon . I managed to capture a couple good shots of the moonlight shining through the trees and a couple shots of architectural interest as well.

I loved the overall look of this shot and the shadow casting. Exposure was a trick to figure out though seeing as the light was hit and miss around the subject.

I ended up using a longer exposure than normal in hopes to capture the overall feel and lighting and still have enough contrast to show the detailed brickwork.

What made it difficult was the fact that there was another light source to the left of the building via a streetlight, but overall I think I captured what it was I was after.
